or “Asuno”).
1.2 Asuno is an online service provider that provides
guidance, information, personalized Asuno plans and other digital content
(“Digital Content”) for Users who are interested in practicing pilates. We do
not warrant that our Digital Content and other Services will be suitable and
useful for everyone, thus before making any purchase on the Website, please
evaluate individually if Asuno services are suitable for you personally.

(a) Digital Products are deemed delivered
and accepted by the Customer upon the first successful login or download.

3.6 Each purchase will give you access to the online system
containing Digital Content and Services.
3.7 Gummies Subscription Plan
(a) Subscription & Billing. You may
subscribe to our Gummies Subscription Plan (“Gummies Plan”) during checkout. By
subscribing, you authorize Asuno to charge your chosen payment method the
then-current Gummies Plan fee plus applicable Shipping & Handling ($9.99
per shipment) on a recurring basis. Shipments will occur at the interval you
select (e.g., monthly), starting on the date of your initial order and
continuing until you cancel.

(b) Automatic Renewal. Your Gummies Plan
will automatically renew at the end of each billing interval. The renewal fee
will be equal to the then-current Gummies Plan price in effect at the time of
renewal, plus Shipping & Handling.
(c) Cancellation. You may cancel your Gummies
Plan at any time through your Asuno account dashboard or by contacting customer
support at support@asuno.com. Cancellations must be received at least five (5)
days prior to your next scheduled renewal date to avoid being charged for the
upcoming shipment.
(d) Changes to Subscription Fees. Asuno
reserves the right to modify Gummies Plan pricing or Shipping & Handling
fees at any time. We will provide notice of any price changes at least thirty
(30) days before they take effect. Your continued subscription after such
notice constitutes your acceptance of the new fees.
(e) Delivery; Risk of Loss. Each shipment
under your Gummies Plan will be delivered according to the shipping method
selected at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
3.8 Please be noted that we will never apply any
conversion rates or charges dependable on your chosen payment method. However,
some banks apply conversion rates for outgoing payments and international
transfers – thus, we are not responsible for any bank fees or conversion rates
that your bank would apply for any payment made to Us. If you notice any
differences between the product prices on our Website or purchase receipt and
your bank account statement, please refer to your bank for a detailed explanation
of the additional charges.
3.9 We accept payments by credit card, PayPal and other
electronic payments only. We will not accept checks, cash or other means for
payment.
4. DISCOUNTS POLICY

Service plans prices. We may offer you a discount if:

5. CANCELLING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
5.1 If you want to cancel your Services plan subscription,
you can do so by contacting our customer support and informing us about your
decision to terminate your subscription. Your cancelation shall become
effective upon expiration of the term of the plan for which you have subscribed
and already paid.
5.2 If you do not wish for Services to be renewed
automatically, please inform us about your decision to cancel your subscription
at least 24 hours before the end of current billing period, in which case, the
Services will be terminated upon expiration of the current term, and you will
not be charged for subsequent periods.
5.3 Please be noted that if you cancel your subscription, we
will not issue a refund for the past periods during which you have used or had

6. REFUNDS
6.1Because each purchase of a physical book bundle includes
immediate delivery of the corresponding electronic editions (intellectual
property), all sales are final. You agree that upon delivery of digital
content—whether standalone or bundled with printed materials—you receive full
access to licensed intellectual property and therefore no refunds will be
granted for any reason, including cancellation of subscriptions or non-use of
Services.
6.2 Refund Processing. In the unlikely event we elect, in
our sole discretion, to make a refund (for example, to correct a billing
error), any refund issued will be processed only via the original payment
method used for that purchase. No alternative payment methods or cash-out
options are available.
